• In April of last year Prestel published a great little book about Klimt, simply titled Gustav Klimt. It can be found at Amazon.com here
"Klimt Today" is a section in the book devoted to Klimt's ever-thriving popularity in today's day and age, even giving some mention and details behind the film Klimt.
According to the book, the talented actress Sharon Stone is a "great admirer" of Klimt's work!
(Incidentally, we at the Klimt Collection are great admirer's of your work, Sharon!)
• Klimt's work and influence can be found literally everywhere nowadays! Another example of Klimt's far-reaching influence was discovered in a recent issue of a Marvel comic book...
Artist Adam Pollina has slipped in an homage to Klimt's Water Serpents in the background of a panel in a book he pencilled called Angel.
The detail is highlighted here:
